Attached to the exterior of the brick house with a yard separated by a privacy fence, hear the rain drops on the tin roof. Queen memory foam bed w/soft cooling gel  topper, 70" Smart TV & Roku, Kitchenette with sink and full fridge. The bathroom has a glass corner shower with a rain shower head & backlit mirror. The mini-split air & tankless water heater maximize your comfort.

• Guests must be willing to stay regardless of rain drops on the tin roof, or lightning and torrential rains on a tin roof in a room that's 1/2 glass. It's a cool experience!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
