Private mother-in-law suite attached to a larger house just minutes from Pensacola Beach in a superb neighborhood w/private entrance, queen memory foam bed and cooling gel topper, speedy wifi, patio, separate kitchenette w/micro, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig, plus an outdoor gas grill. Note: There is no kitchen sink. Work desk, bedroom w/Roku TV, full closet, extra pillow and blanket plus beach gear for two (Chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach towels) Central air + additional window air & wall mount heater for comfort. It is sealed off from the rest of the house w/double solid locked doors and added soundproofing. Adults only, no visitors.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
